TOWARDS SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP

Workshop for managers and mid-career professionals

LEAD Pakistan has over 12 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing high quality, multi-sectoral training and development programs, for national and international participants. Building on its flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP), the organization is offering an intensive training workshop aimed at preparing mid-level for-profit and non-profit professionals for effective leadership roles in challenging scenarios.

CONTENTS: In addition to imparting theoretical and practical lessons in leadership and leadership styles, the workshop will help participants substantially hone their communication, negotiation, problem-solving, conflict resolution and community engagement skills during three days of training. The workshop will be delivered through a mix of lectures, role plays, brain storming and case study method, providing ample opportunities for participants to share their existing experiences and knowledge.
