LEAD is a unique and creative organization – always challenging myths and clichés. In the case of its Leadership program, it has disproved the trite that leaders are born. Now, even its detractors are also acknowledging that leaders can be groomed and nurtured. Likewise, LEAD has challenged the conventional recruitment policy – to make the remuneration attractive and yet economic for the coffers, job interesting but challenging giving each member a profound sense of importance and ownership that exists mutually for each other between the organization and its staff. 

At LEAD, a Young Professional Officer in his/her early twenties will be busy in thinking, conceiving, planning and executing a high-profile project that would be expected to be handled by the top management in a traditional set up. This at the end of the day becomes a USP [Unique Selling Point] of the LEAD staff. They don’t need a letter of recommendation on CEO letterhead – their achievements would already be listed on LEAD website under their profiles for an upward development in career. There are two main reasons behind this factor. One, LEAD is a knowledge-based organization. Two, LEAD poses its full confidence in its staff and keeps on setting the bar higher and higher for them enhancing their capacity and polishing their skills. That is why, LEAD is fortunate attract the best minds and talents at home and abroad. 

The first non-profit organization to be accredited with ISO 9001 certification, LEAD feels proud to groom a workforce ready to meet the life’s challenges in the real, practical and harsh world out there.
