Objectives

By the end of the training the participants will be able to:

•     Develop a Concept Note

•     Differentiate between different parties - stakeholders, partners and proponents

•     Identify potential funders

•     Formulate a budget

•     Prepare an Executive Summary

•     Develop a Proposal under the supervision of an experienced mentor

•     Acquire skills to monitor and measure the performance of the project
