Your travel cost amounting to US$870 will be reimbursed to you upon arrival in Islamabad. Please retain your boarding pass and tickets/coupons

You should keep the copies of travel documents with you because they might be required at the airport or some other place. So its better to keep a copy handy

Telephone extensions will be available in rooms for receiving calls, but if you want to make personal calls then you have to get calling card or if possible a local mobile SIM card. Internet facility is also available in room. You just have to connect your Laptop. Fax facility is also available in office.

Pakistan being a Muslim country, all kind of “halal” meat is served. For vegetarians, there is a wide variety of vegetables to choose from. However if anyone has any particular dietary requirements, kindly let us know in advance

Summers in Pakistan starts in May and end in September and the average temperature during the month of June – July ranges between 35o to 40o Degree Celsius. This year an early Monsoon has started during month of June, therefore it normally rains at night, with the sun shining bright during the day time

Clothing |
Because of hot and humid weather, you should bring light and airy clothing. Cotton is highly recommended for this season

Field Visit |
You would be taken on a field visit to a hilly area, with a comparatively cooler climate as compared to Islamabad, so it is advisable to keep a light jacket with you, as it gets cold if it rains. For maximum comfort, sneakers or walking shoes are recommended

Security |
Islamabad is the capital city of Pakistan, with a very well-organized network of civil and military security forces which keeps the law and order maintained in the city. But it is generally advisable for foreigners not to move about very late at night
