Methodology
As with the
LEAD program, experiential learning is emphasized in
all MDP initiatives: the curriculum contents and
teaching modules are prepared, and the faculty
selected with the objective of ensuring that our
clients receive precisely the knowledge, skills, and
exposure they require.
To promote both
knowledge acquisition and skill development, a
combination of methods is used, including lectures,
plenaries, case studies, and individual and group
analysis.
The faculty
includes relevant experts as well as training
facilitators to ensure that the most appropriate and
current matter is taught, in the most effective
manner. MDP programs thus go beyond information
dissemination and equip trainees with the skills and
attitudes they need to make sound decisions in the
professional environment.
