Training & Capacity Development Leadership Dev. Program Participants

Participants

Participants of the LEAD programme are promising mid-career professionals from the corporate, business, public, academic, media, and civil society sectors. Every alternate year, a new group of Associates (referred to as a ‘cohort’) is selected by LEAD through a transparent process. Apart from the qualification of the candidates, the selection process focuses on selecting a cohort that is balanced regionally and in terms of gender.

The selected LEAD Associates retain their employments during the training period and obtain prior permission of their employers to participate in LEAD training sessions.
