Human rights are "basic rights
and freedoms” to which all
humans are entitled
and thus a vast range of issues
are covered under the ambit of
human rights. To select
significant issues for its case
studies, LEAD Pakistan undertook
internal research to select 12
major issues facing Pakistan on
which case studies are being
