LEAD is pursuing a modest research agenda (both policy as well as action research) on various dimensions of climate change. Earlier in 1999, a pioneering research paper was produced on Clean Development Mechanisms that discussed various recommendations and options for Pakistan, was a pioneering research paper. We hope to revive such breakthrough policy papers as part of our research portfolio and also through various projects.
